Tomlinson Hall Share Delight in Faye’s Successful Volunteering Trip to Ecuador

At the backend of last year, Tomlinson Hall contributed towards Faye Warrington, daughter of one of our longstanding clients, as she embarked on a volunteering trip with Camps International to Ecuador.

Her reasoning for the trip and personal goals were to further her awareness of the world and create a positive impact on those less fortunate.

Fast forward a few months and Faye has just returned from this life-changing adventure. During her month in the developing country, Faye worked alongside other young volunteers to build educational facilities for those deprived and helped to develop bathrooms and proper washing facilities for the local community to improve their quality of life. She also contributed with the construction of a cultural centre, otherwise known as a Pukara in Quichua. On top of this, Faye was also a part of a restoration project that involves working to re-forest the deforested Amazon rainforest in the hope to reverse the destruction and restore the necessitous rainforest. 

Working beyond inland, the team also designed rescue homes for all sea creatures affected by fisherman destroying their coral reefs.

This is just one example of the many causes we take delight in supporting. Thanks again to Faye for embarking on this journey and letting us be a part of it.
